摘  要:选用180羽母绍鸭雏鸭或生长鸭,分别在0~4,5~12,13~18周龄阶段进行了3次氮平衡试 验,研究了9个不同粗蛋白(CP)系列的等能伺粮对绍鸭生长期氮存留率(NRR)的影响。结果表明:绍鸭 对食入的CP的氮存留率显著(P<0.05)受日龄及伺粮CP水平的影响。经回归分析表明,在20~22,62 ~64,18~120日龄的氦存留率与饲粮CP呈显著的负相关(P<0. 05)。在一定的饲粮CP水平范围内, 氮存留率随试鸭日龄的增大而下降;在相同的日龄内,氮存留率则随饲粮CP水平的提高而降低。根据 结果分析,绍鸭在0~4,5~12,13~18周龄的饲粮CP分别为19.03%,15.57%和12.69%时氮存留率 最高。Three nitrogen balance tests were conducted with 180 female Shaoxing ducklings or growing ducks during 0~ 4 wk, 5 ~ 12 wk and 13 ~ 18 wk of age respectively to investigate the effects of 9 isocaloric diets in different crude protein (CP) series on the nitrogen retention rate (NRR). The results showed that the age of Shaoxing ducks and dietary CP level significantly affected the CP retention ratio(p <0.05). Results of correlation analysis revealed that there was a strong negative correlation (P<0. 05) between dietary CP level and the NRR of trial duck during 20~22 d , 62~64 d and 118~120 d of age. In a certain range, the NRR of the duck decreased with the age of the duck increased . the NRR decreased with the increasing CP level at the same age. The results showed that the NRR of Shaoxing ducks were the highest when dietary CP were 19. 03% , 15. 57 % and 12. 09% during 0~4 wk , 5~12 wk and 13~18 wk of age respectively.
