摘　　要：中国拥有世界上最丰富的银鱼资源。文中对中国银鱼资源的分布状况和加工利用现状做了简单介绍,并分析了目前银鱼养殖、加工领域的主要问题及原因。China possessed the richest white bait resources over the world. The distribution properties and processing situation of the white bait in China was simply introduced in the article, and the main problems and reason in white bait cultivating and processing were also analyzed as well.
