摘　　要：文章对串补保护与控制系统配置要求、功能配置原则、继电保护及控制参数整定方案进行了详细论述,有利于串补保护与控制系统标准化配置方案制定,为相关继电保护整定提供实践性参考。文章在断路器失灵保护功能优化及后备保护功能完善方面提出了新的理念。This article throughly discussed the configuration requirement of series compensation and control system,function configuration principles,relay protection and control parameter setting plans,which is helpful in formulating the series compensation protection and control system standard configuration planning,therefore provided experiential references for relay protection settings.This article provided new ideas for malfunction protection optimization for circuit breakers and improvements for backup protection functions.
