摘　　要：卢氏县杜关河项目区位于三门峡市水源地卫家磨水库集水区,严重的水土流失导致泥沙淤积和水质污染。在对项目区基本情况调查分析的基础上,提出了切合实际的水土流失防治对策和措施布设方案,并对治理效益进行了预测。The project area of Duguanhe River in Lushi County is located in the watershed of Weijiamo Reservoir which is the water source of Sanmenxia.The serious soil erosion results in the sediment deposition and water pollution.Based on investigating and analyzing the basic situation of the project area,the practicable control countermeasures and layout of measures of soil erosion were put forward,and the harnessing effects were forecasted.
