152例汶川地震伤员开放性创伤细菌感染特点分析

摘　　要：目的探讨汶川地震开放性创伤伤员细菌感染特点及耐药情况。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,就地震开放性创伤伤员152例细菌感染及对药物敏感性等相关信息进行分析与讨论。结果 152例地震伤员中开放性创伤伤口发生细菌感染34例(22.37%),感染1株细菌13例(38.24%),同时感染2株细菌9例(26.47%),感染3株或3株以上细菌12例(35.29%)。病原菌以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、鲍曼氏不动杆菌为主,1例发生产气荚膜梭菌感染,且细菌对院内常用抗菌药均有较高敏感性。结论条件致病菌与环境寄居菌是开放性创伤伤员主要感染菌,且二者对院内常用抗菌药均有较高敏感性。Objective To investigate the bacterial infection characteristics and drug-resistane of open wound in Wenchuan earthquake.Methods With retrospective study,to analyse the bacterial infection characteristics and drug-resistane of open wound of earthquake.Results Of 152 patients with opened-wound,the number of bacterial infection was 34（22.37%）,the number of only one bacterial infection was 13（38.34%）,the number of two bacterials infection was 9（26.47%）,and the number of three or more bacterials infection was 12（35.29%）.Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,coagulase-negative Staphylococci and Acinetobacter baumannii took up a large proportion of infections.One patient was infected by Bacillus aerogenes capsulatus.All of bacterials showed the high sensitivity to common used antibiotics in the drug susceptibility test.Conclusion Opportunistic bacterial pathogens and enviromment pathogenis bacteria are main infetions bacteria in the open woun patients,which have high sensitiivity to common used antibiotics in hospital.
