早期复极综合征的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期复极综合征(ERS)的心电图特点及临床意义。方法收集5年体检的心电图资料,对其中266例呈早期复极表现的病例进行分析。结果 9101例中共检出早期复极综合征266例,发生率2.92%;男5.10%,女0.22%;18-40岁男性207例,占总发生率的77.8%。ERS特征性心电图最常见于V4、V5、V6导联,肢体导联单独出现者少见,往往合并胸导联同时出现J波,运动时可以减轻或消除心电图的早期复极表现。结论早期复极综合征多见于青壮年男性,40岁以上发生率明显降低,临床应提高对有症状的早期复极综合征患者的关注。Objective To explore characteristics of electrocardiogram and clinical significance of early repolarization syndrome （ERS）. Methods 9101 electrocardiograms of the patients who received physical examination in our hospital were collected, 266 cases with ERS were analyzed. Results The total number of ERS was 266 and the incidence rate is 2.92% , in which the percent of males is 5.10% and the percent of females is 0.22%. The number of males aged between 18 and 40 years was 207 cases （77.8%）. The typical ERS electrocardiograms were normally seen in V4, V5 and V6 leads. Limb leads alone are rare, often merge chest leads also appear J wave. On the other hand, Exercises can help to release or remove the ERS. Conclusion ERS shows mainly in males aged in 18 -40 and the number of ERS decreases after age 40. It suggests that we showed pay more attention to patients with ERS.
