摘　　要：在西部大开发战略实施10周年之际,中央对深入推进西部大开发又作出重要部署。今后一个时期是深入推进西部大开发关键时期,也是西部加快发展的重要战略期。我们要深刻理解深入实施西部大开发战略的重要性和紧迫性,认真贯彻落实中央深入实施西部大开发战略的决策和部署,全面实现深入实施西部大开发战略的目标与任务。In memory of the 10th anniversary of implementing western development strategy, the central government also makes an important deployment for the deep promotion of western development. The near future is the key period of western development as well as the strategic time of promoting western development. We should profoundly understand the importance and urgency of deeply implementing western development strategy, seriously carry out its decision and deployment of central government and completely achieve its target and task.
