摘  要:将砚瓦川流域划分为中尺度流域分区治理,项目区上游塬面面积大,交通方便,地下水埋藏较浅,饮水条件较好,以"保塬固沟"为主;项目区中游塬面破碎,交通相对落后,人均土地面积大,塬地少,山坡地多,饮水条件差,以"塬沟兼治"为目标;项目区下游塬面窄小,川台地面积大,人均土地面积较多,交通困难,要在粮食自给的条件下,退耕还林还草,有效控制水土流失,促进全流域水土保持生态工程建设。It conducts regional treatment by dividing Xianwachuan drainage basin into mesorscale watersheds: a) the area of tableland on the upper reaches of the project area is large,convenient transportation,shallower groundwater,better drinking water condition and taking 'protecting tableland and stabilizing gully' as the main;b) the tableland on the middle reaches of the project area is broken,transportation is relatively backward,large land area per person,less tableland,more sloped land,poor drinking water conditions and taking 'simultaneous treatment of tableland and gully' as the objective;c) the tableland on the lower reaches of the project area is narrow,large low-lying flat land between hills,larger land area per person and difficult transportation.It should return cultivated land to woodland and grassland,effectively control soil and water loss and promote soil and water conservation ecological building of the whole drainage basin under the conditions of self-sufficient in grain.
