摘　　要：介绍了采用贴现现金流量法评价煤炭上市公司资源价值,从而进一步实现对上市公司价值的评价,同时使用模型对西山煤电公司的资源价值以及上市公司价值进行了评估。In this paper, the author introduced evaluating resource value of listed companies of coal mining by using discount cash flow in order to evaluate whole listed companies. Meantime, the author evaluated resource value and company value of Xishan Coal Electricity Group CO., Ltd. by using model.
