摘　　要：文章分类介绍了七类变色染料,通过机理和结构研究对变色染料的应用做了重要的综述;介绍了这类染料在墨水、油墨、复印和压热敏材料方面的应用,并指出了变色染料未来的发展方向。The applications of several Leuco dyes were introduced in this paper, an invaluable review of the chemistry of Leuco dyes was made, drawing on mechanistic and structural investigations. Consideration was also given to the numerous applications of these dyes in inks, thermal and photo-imaging systems. Moreover, the future direc- tions of color dyes were also pointed out.
