摘　　要：探讨高校教师心理和谐的意义和标准、高校教师心理冲突的类型和成因,提出高校教师心理和谐的若干策略,倡导社会、学校、教师三者共同参与和积极配合,以促进高校教师心理和谐。By exploring the meaning and standard of college teachers＇ psychology harmony, and then the type and origin of college teachers＇ psychology conflict, it is put forward that the active involvement and cooperation of the three forces from society, college and teachers are necessary for promoting the teachers＇ psychology harmony. Finally, strategies of promoting college teachers＇ psychology harmony are presented.
