摘 要:目的探讨健康教育前后社区高龄独居老人对意外伤害知识、态度和行为(knowledge,attitude,practise,KAP)的改变程度。方法通过自行录制的《老年人常见意外伤害的防护》VCD和与之配套的手册对37名社区高龄独居老人进行为期1个月的健康教育,对健康教育前后高龄老人对意外伤害预防知识的知晓率进行比较,并对其态度和行为改变情况进行分析。结果健康教育后第1、3个月高龄老人意外伤害KAP各项得分及总得分较干预前均有明显提高(P<0.01),干预后第3个月除行为得分高于第1个月外,知识、态度和总得分均低于第1个月。结论图文声并茂的意外伤害健康教育手段可以明显提高高龄独居老人意外伤害的知识水平、改善其意外伤害的态度及错误行为。Objective To study the changing extent of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) of unintentional injuries in community elderly living alone before and after the community health education.Methods Thirty-seven community elderly living alone received one month's health education using VCD about unintentional injuries of elderly people and the accompanying manual.The awareness rates of injury prevention knowledge in elderly people before and after health education were compared and the changing status in attitude and practice were analyzed.Results The KAP levels at 1,3 months after health education were significantly improved compared with those before intervention(P0.01).The behavior score of three months after health education was higher than that of the first month,but the knowledge,attitude and total scores were lower than those of the first month.Conclusion The health education method of unintentional injuries with graphs,voices and words can significantly improve the knowledge,attitude and misaction of unintentional injuries in those who lived alone in community.
