摘　　要：介绍了超临界锅炉机组化学清洗的目的、基本方法和程序。清洗后的金属表面清洁,基本无残留氧化物和焊渣,无明显金属粗晶析出的过洗现象,没有镀铜现象,成膜均匀致密,金属腐蚀速率及腐蚀总量均明显小于相关标准,效果良好。The aim ,basic method and procedure of supercritical once-through boiler chemical cleaning are introduced. Results showed that corrosion rate and corrosion total quantity is little than far the required standards in DL/T 794-2001 on the metal surface. No residual oxides and basic welding slag, No significant precipitation of metal coarse grain in the wash, No copper phenomenon, Uniform and dense film is on the metal surface.
