北京市昌平区社区中医发展现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：目的了解北京市昌平区社区中医发展现状,并提出对策,为社区中医事业的发展提供参考及建议。方法于2009年2月17日—3月27日通过听取汇报、实地查看、与主管领导及医务人员座谈、填写调查表等方式,对北京市昌平区15家社区卫生服务中心的社区中医药工作开展情况进行调查。结果目前15家社区卫生服务中心中有13家设置了中医科与中药房,能开展部分针灸、拔罐、按摩、刮痧、熏洗等中医适宜技术。中医中药在基层有需求,有发展条件,但存在中医技术人员短缺、年龄断档、亟待培训等问题。结论建议建立中医专项资金,加大政策扶持力度,加强人才培养与培训,建设有区域特色的中医文化等。Objective To investigate the status of development of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） in Changping communities and put forth the countermeasures,in order to provide an reference for development of TCM cause in community.Methods During the February and March 2009 the debriefing,the methods of field view,symposia with the immediate leaderships and medical staff,and questionnaire survey were taken to investigate the TCM development situation in 15 community health service centers of Chanping district of Bejing.Results Among the 15 community centers,13 centers had TCM clinic and herbal pharmacy,and provide some appropriate techniques of TCM such as acupuncture and moxibustion,cupping,massage,and fuming-washing.TCM and Chinese herbal medicine were demanded in the basic unit,and had a certain conditions for development.However there were still problems such as lack of Chinese medicine doctors and nurses,age gap of professionals,and urgency to be trained.Conclusion It is necessary to set up special fund for Traditional Chinese Medicine,enhance the policy support,strengthen the professional training and constructing Chinese medicine culture with local feature.
