对我国国防知识产权保护的几点思考

摘　　要：阐述了国防知识产权的内涵及特点,分析了我国国防知识产权保护的现状;针对《国家知识产权纲要》中关于国防知识产权的要求,结合国防知识产权的特点,提出了加强国防知识产权保护的若干对策。The paper mainly expatiates on the significations and characteristics of defense intellectual property,and analyzes the actuality of protection to defense intellectual property of china.Aiming at the concerned requirement of defense intellectual property in National Compendium of Intellectual Property,the author gives some countermeasures to the protection to defense intellectual property under its characteristics.
