摘　　要：分析了CSDL文献传递过程中的知识产权风险，基于国际组织关于这一问题的立场结合我国现行法规就这一问题做出初步探讨，文献传递的知识产权风险，针对国内图书馆文献传递知识产权工作实际情况，提出了具体的对策与建议。参考文献7。This paper analyzed the intellectual property risk in the process of CSDL document delivery. With the diseusion of the international organizations on the matter of China＇s current laws,we can get some specific measures and suggestions on how to avoid the intellectual property risks in the document delivery. 7 Refs.
