摘 要:采用两阶段种子乳液聚合法制备了单分散P(St-HEA)微球,通过垂直成膜法制备了P(St-HEA)胶体晶体薄膜。研究了引发剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对单体转化率的影响,通过FTIR、SEM、UV-Vis对所制备的单分散P(St-HEA)微球的组成、粒径、单分散性及其胶体晶体薄膜的结构进行了研究。结果表明,随着HEA用量的增大,P(St-HEA)微球粒径逐渐增大,单分散性逐渐降低。Monodisperse P(St-HEA) colloidal mesopheres were synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization.And then the colloidal crystal films were fabricated quickly from aqueous colloidal solutions by the vertical deposition method at certain temperature and humidity.The effects of initiator dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on monomer conversion were investigated.The chemical components were determined by Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR) spectrometry.The size and morphology of the mesopheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The optical property of the colloidal crystal films was investigated by UV-Vis.The results showed that the size increased and the coefficient of variation(CV) of colloidal mesopheres degraded with the amount of hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) increased.
