摘　　要：在贝克特的《等待戈多》剧本中,戈多与上帝、基督、《圣经》或明或暗的联系,指引着读者的联想方向——戈多就是上帝,这是最常见也是最深刻的解读。《等待戈多》中对上帝的等待,体现出贝克特在"上帝死了"之后对人类存在意义的终极追问,以及对荒诞世界人类出路的积极探寻。In Beckett＇s play Waiting for Godot, the clear or implicit relationships between Godot and God, Jesuse and Bible guide the reader＇ s understanding, that is, Godot is God. It is the most common understanding. The waiting for God in the play reflects the ultimate probe on the meaning of human existence after the death of God and the positive inquiry of mankind＇ s outlet in the absurd world.
