摘　　要：文明城市生态环境建设包括自然生态、社会生态和精神生态建设,精神生态直接决定和影响着社会生态和自然生态,建构精神生态是创建文明城市生态环境的核心。流动、纯净的水启示人类树立循环、仁爱、共生、虚静、简朴、艺术的精神理念,引领人类创建文明城市。Civilized city creats ecological environment including natural environment, community environment and spirit environ- ment. Spirit environment directly influences natural environment and community environment. Creating spirit environment is the core of building civilized city＇ s ecological environment. Flowing and clear water revelates the human setting the ideas of cycle, charity,symbio- sis ,void ,simple and arts. The ideas lead humanity constructing civilized city.
