摘  要:报道了室内养殖牙鲆的试验结果,1992年~1995年进行的小规模试验,将受精卵培育至鱼苗、成鱼直至成熟亲鱼。在水温为2℃~25℃范围内,经过36个月将全长为53cm鱼苗培育至全长为468cm、体重为1780g的商品鱼,成活率为506%。1997年~1998年进行的生产性养殖试验,在水温为10℃~33℃范围内,经过10个月将全长为54cm鱼苗养至全长为334cm、体重为356g的商品鱼,成活率为67%。另外,在水温为15℃~25℃范围内,全长为10cm~15cm鱼苗和20cm~25cm鱼苗的适宜培育密度分别为150尾/m2~200尾/m2和50尾/m2~75尾/m2。This paper reports some results of a series of indoor flounder culture experiments.Smaller scale experiments were done during 19921995,involved the production from fertilized eggs,fry,juvenile,to broodfish.Among 225 of water temperature.28 months were needed from the fry 53cm in total length(TL)to commercial size(394cm TL)and 927g bodyweight(BW),506% of survival rate(SR)was achieved.Larger scale experiments were done between 19971998In the conditions of 1030 of water temperature,18 months were costed from the fry(54cm TL)to the commercial fish(334cm TL,356g BW),67% of SR was obtained.Besides,it was found that when water temperature were in the range of 1525,the suitable culture density were 150200 and 5075 individuals/m2 for smaller juveniles(10cm15cm TL)and larger juveniles(20cm25cm TL)respectively.
