黄颡鱼的规模人工繁殖试验

摘　　要：１９９８年５月４日至５月３０日在湖北省孝感市野猪湖和武汉市大舒特种水产养殖场进行了黄颡鱼较大规模的人工繁殖试验，共进行７次人工催产，其中催产雌鱼６１２尾，计４５８ｋｇ，雄鱼３８３尾，计４５９ｋｇ，获鱼卵１５０万粒左右。本文对黄颡鱼的繁殖季节，雌雄比例，注射方法，几种催产激素对黄颡鱼催产效果，流水孵化与静水孵化的效果，人工鱼巢的设置，苗种培育等进行了分析和比较。最后总结了这次黄颡鱼规模人工繁殖的经验和教训。The largescale artificial breeding of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco(Richardson)was conducted in Yezhu Lake,Xiaogan City,Hubei province during the period of May,1998.The artificial breeding of P.fulvidraco was carried out for seven times totally,of which,expedited 612 female fish(458kg)and 383 male fish(459kg)delivery with harvesting of one hundred and fifty thousand eggs.The paper analyzed and compared the breeding season,the ratio of female and male,the methods of injection,the effectiveness of several hormones for expediting the fish delivery,the effectiveness of incubation in still waters and running waters,the artificial fish nest and seed farming.Lastly,experience and lessons of this artificial breeding P.fulvidraco were summarized.
