外层空间国际关系研究综述及其研究意义

摘　　要：随着在外层空间的人类社会活动不断增加,外层空间国际关系已成为国际关系研究的一个重要领域。国内学术界对此进行了较广泛的研究,并取得了一批研究成果,但从基础理论的角度对外层空间国际关系进行系统分析的研究做得较少。国外学术界对于外层空间国际关系的相关研究和重视程度要远远超过国内,联合国有关机构和大量的国外教学科研机构涉及外层空间国际关系研究,许多国外学术刊物、网站则架构起外层空间国际关系问题研究的学术平台。外层空间国际关系研究的意义是为外层空间国际关系探讨提供理论框架;为外层空间军备控制提供理论基础;为人类活动空间的拓展提供理论认识。As the human social activities are increasing in outer space,international relations in outer space have been an important field in international relations studies.More extensive researches have been conducted and a number of research results have been achieved,but little systematic analysis and theoretic study has been made in domestic academic circles.Foreign academic research is much more extensive than that of domestic.Relevant agencies of United Nations and a large number of foreign teaching and research institutions have been engaged in the research of international relations in outer space,and meanwhile many foreign academic journals and web sites have become the academic platform for the studies.Its significance is that the research can provide a theoretical framework of international relations in outer space,a theoretical basis of arms control in outer space,and a theoretical understanding of the expansion of human activities in outer space.
