摘　　要：共有产权房是以共有产权形式供应给城市中低收入住房困难家庭的住房模式,具有保障保值增值功能,有利于实现资源最优配置、实现资源效益最大化和提高购房人住房满意度,为解决大学毕业生的住房问题提供了积极的借鉴作用。通过改进共有产权住房模式,完善相关配套措施,构建适用性更强的大学毕业生共有产权住房模式,可以为解决大学毕业生的住房问题提供新的参考。Huai＇an common property room is a common property right form supplied to the housing problems of low-income urban housing patterns,increasing the value of security function,realizing the optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum effectiveness of resources and improve home buyers housing satisfaction,to address the housing problem for students to provide a positive reference.
