摘　　要：蜕皮激素是无脊椎动物的重要激素,也是多种中药的有效成分。植物蜕皮激素是一类亟待开发的具有重要生物活性的植物次生代谢物,具有促进脊椎动物核酸和蛋白质的合成,促进糖代谢和脂类代谢,调节免疫和中枢神经系统作用,同时还具有一定的抗氧化活性,对抗内皮细胞损伤,促进表皮细胞分化的作用。笔者综述了植物蜕皮激素类化合物的结构特点、植物来源以及药理活性等方面的研究进展。Ecdysteroids,an important kind of invertebrate hormone,are the active ingredients for various traditional Chinese medicines.This paper will give a review on the research progress on the structural features,plant resources and pharmacological effects of phytoecdysones in recent years.The phytoecdysones can stimulate the synthesis of protein and nucleic acid of vertebrates and promote the carbohydrate metabolism and the lipid biosynthesis.The phytoecdysones can regulate the immunological function and the central nervous system.The phytoecdysones also have some antioxidant activity.They can prevent the injury of endothelial cell,and promote epidermal cell differentiation.The phytoecdysones are important plant secondary metabiolites of great bio-ability for potential development.
