摘 要:目的:分析该院2009年药品ADR发生情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:将收集的955例ADR报告按患者年龄、性别,给药途径及引起ADR的药品种类,涉及器官/系统等临床表现进行分析。结果:955例ADR报告中41~65岁患者占34.76%(322/955),女性多于男性(1.86∶1);静脉滴注50.05%(521/955)和口服给药44.48%(463/955)是引发ADR的主要给药途径;涉及18类药品。ADR排名前10位的药品中应用抗菌药物占87.96%(235/266),主要累及消化系统33.51%(320/955),皮肤及其附件27.96%(267/955)。结论:临床应加强ADR的监测,以确保患者用药安全。Objective:To analyze the adverse drug reaction(ADR)of a triple-A hospital in 2009 and to promote the rational drug use.Methods:A total of 955 ADR case reports collected in 2009 were subjected to a statistical analysis in respect of patients'age and sex,route of administration,drug categories inducing ADR,the organs or system involved,the clinical manifestations etc..Results:Of the total 955 ADR cases,patients aged 41 to 65 were majority,accounting for 34.76%(322/955)and females were more than males(1.86:1).The primary cause of ADR was intravenous infusion and oral administration,accounting for 50.05%(521/955)and 44.48%(463/955)respectively;the drugs involved 18 kinds of drugs and antimicrobial agents were 87.96%(235/266)in top ten drug causing ADR.The ADRs manifested dominantly by digestive system,skin rash and pruritus were 33.51%(320/955)and 27.96%(267/955).Conclusion:ADR monitoring should be strengthened to ensure patient medication safety.
