石棉肺患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平的观察

摘　　要：采用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法分别检测石棉肺患者和接触石棉纤维工人血清中ＴＮＦ－α和ＩＬ－６含量，探讨ＴＮＦ－α和ＩＬ－６水平与石棉肺的关系。检测结果表明：石棉肺患者血清ＴＮＦ－α和ＩＬ－６含量明显高于正常人和健康接尘工人（Ｐ＜００１）。提示石棉肺的发生与ＴＮＦ－α和ＩＬ－６的异常表达有关。Concentrations of TNF- and IL-6 in serum were measured by ELISA method of double\|antibody to investigate the relationship between the levels of TNF- and IL-6 and asbestosis.The results showed that the concentrations of TNF- and IL-6 were much higher in asbestosis than those in controls( PZ]<0\^01)and healthy dust exposed workers( P <0\^01),which indicated that asbestosis was correlated with TNF- and IL-6 abnormal expression.\;
