高等教育对经济增长作用的实证分析——基于河南省的调查

摘　　要：有关一国或地区经济增长中人力资本投资的作用,学术界已进行不少定性方面的研究,也有一些学者采用定量方式对我国整体经济增长做了研究,但针对具体地区的实证分析较少。本文基于人力资本视角,运用回归分析法,定量研究了1990年至2006年河南省通过高等教育培养出的人力资本和一般劳动力对经济增长的产出弹性以及对促进经济增长的作用。计量分析结果与其它均不同,表明河南人力资本投资对经济增长的贡献远低于物质资本投资对经济增长的贡献,人力资本投资存在一定的问题。因此,如何通过改善教育现状,从而迅速改善并提高河南省人力资源的现状与层次,从而大大增强从业人员中人力资本总存量,是保持河南省国民经济快速稳定增长的根本动力。About the role of human capital investment in a country or a region,there are many qualitative aspects of academic research.some scholars used quantitative methods to research the overall economic growth in China,but there is few positive analysis of specific regions.From the perspective of human capital,using regression analysis,this paper quantitatively studies human capital of Henan Province cultivated by higher education from 1990 to 2006,elasticity to economic growth caused by general labor and the promotion of economic growth.This measurement result is different from other results.It shows that the contribution to economic growth of investment in human capital of Henan Province is far lower than that of physical capital investment.There are some problems in the human capital investment.Therefore,how to improve the current education situation,thereby to improve and enhance rapidly the status of Henan Province and the level of human resources,and greatly enhance the total stock of human capital of employees,is the fundamental driving force to maintain the rapid and stable economic growth in Henan Province.
