微创点式抽剥法联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张126例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创点式抽剥法在大隐静脉曲张疾病治疗中的应用及临床效果。方法:采用微创点式抽剥法结合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张病人126例(158条腿),回顾总结手术疗效。结果:随访115例病人(91%),术后症状均得到显著改善,瘢痕微小,病人满意度高。结论:微创点式抽剥法治疗大隐静脉曲张操作简单、创伤小、恢复快、瘢痕小、愈合美观,易于开展和推广。Objective：To investigate the point of minimally invasive punctate great saphenous varicose vein stripping in the treatment of the application and clinical effects.Methods：Minimally Invasive Point-like Lift-off treatment combined with high ligation of the great saphenous vein was performed on 126 patients with varicose veins in the 1ower extremities （158 limbs）.Results：In 126 patients,115 cases were followed-up,the follow-up rate was 91%,it showed satisfactory results.Conclusion：Minimally Invasive Point-like Lift-off Treatment of great saphenous vein is simple,minimally invasive, quick recovery, small scar and healing beautiful, easy to master and promote, it is worth popularized.
