摘　　要：目的:探讨64排螺旋CT的特点及其在泌尿系统造影中的应用。方法:收集本院2009年4月-2010年4月行泌尿系统螺旋CT扫描的病例58例,所有病例均有临床症状,扫描包括常规薄层平扫,动脉期、静脉期、延迟期扫描。所有数据传输到Vitrea后处理工作站进行MPR、VR及MIP等三维重建。结果:所有病例均成功重建出双肾、输尿管、膀胱三维图像,能进行旋转、切割、放大等技术操作,图像能清晰显示泌尿系统整体和局部细微结构、形状、走形及与周围组织关系。结论:64排螺旋CT泌尿系统成像效果好,有明显技术优势,能满足临床应用。Objective To evaluate the technique and value 64-slices spiral CT in urography.Methods：58 patiengts with diffent urinary diseases were performed with 64-slices CT scan,renal dual-phase scans and delayed scans.The data were transferred to Vitrea station for 3D recongstuction such as MPR、VR and MIP etc.Results：The 3D images of kidneys,ureter and bladder were reconstucted successfully,which showed clealy the detail of the urinary stucture,shape and relation of other stucture by rotate,clip and magnify etc.Conclusion：The 64-slices spial CT has obvious advantage in urography by adopting adequate scan method and reconstruction.
