从《尔雅》植物名词看中国古人的器物制造

摘　　要：华夏先民曾经在丛林中度过了漫长岁月,通过植物获取他们生存和发展所需的大部分物质。文章以《尔雅》"释草"、"释木"两单元为切入点,探讨祖先用植物为器物制造经济作物的辉煌,通过古汉语名词分类系统,考察符号世界与实物世界的关联和差异。Chinese ancestors had spent long years in the jungle. They got most of their necessity for survival and development from plants. This article,by taking the two units,that is,＂interpretation of grass＂ and ＂interpretation of wood＂ from ＂Erya＂ as the starting point, makes an inquiry into the glory that Chinese ancestors produced utensil economic crops by using plants, and by the classifying system of ancient Chinese nouns, it explores the relationship and difference between the symbol worldeand the real world.
