摘　　要：麦角硫因是存在于自然界的一种稀有氨基酸,在机体内具有重要的生理活性。介绍了麦角硫因的生物学功能,并探讨了其在各方面的应用及发展前景。Ergothioneine is a rare amino acid existing in nature.It has a variety of important biological functions.This article introduced its biological functions,and discussed its applications and the prospects of development in different fields.
