针刺弹拨理筋走罐相结合治疗背肌筋膜炎56例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察针刺、弹拨理筋推拿法、走罐相结合治疗背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法 56例病例均采用针刺、弹拨理筋、走罐三法结合之综合疗法。首先选局部穴浅刺为主,配合远道及辨证选穴针刺,然后,选局部条索及结节处弹拨理筋,用推拿法治疗,再沿背部2经5线走罐。隔两日治疗1次,5次为1个疗程,疗程间休息5d。治疗2个疗程观察疗效。结果 56例患者治愈49例,好转6例,未愈1例,总有效率为98.2%。结论针刺、弹拨理筋推拿法、走罐结合,经络与筋同治,点面兼顾,治疗背肌筋膜炎,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture,tendon plucking and regulating of Chinese massage and moving cupping on fascitis of dorsal muscles.MethodsAll the 56 cases were treated with comprehensive therapy of acupuncture,tendon plucking and regulating of Chinese massage and moving cupping.Firstly,the local points were punctured shallowly,combined with distal and symptomatic points.Secondly,tendon plucking and regulating of Chinese massage was adopted in the local strip-like and code-like muscles.Finally,moving cupping was applied to 5 lines of two meridians on the back.The treatment was given once every two days.5 treatments made 1 session.There were 5 days of interval between two sessions.The efficacy of treatment was observed in 2 sessions of treatments.Results Of 56 cases,49 cases were cured,6 cases improved and 1 case failed.The total effective rate was 98.2%.Conclusion The combination of acupuncture,tendon plucking and regulating of Chinese massage and moving cupping,the mutual consideration of meridians and tendons,as well as the local and the integral achieves satisfactory efficacy clinically on fascitis of dorsal muscles and this therapy deserves to be promoted in practice.
