血浆内皮脂酶水平与冠心病发病相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆内皮脂酶水平变化与冠状动脉病变发病之间的关系。方法冠状动脉造影患者按照造影结果分为冠心病组和对照组,通过测定其血浆内皮脂酶水平探讨其与冠脉病变的关系。结果冠心病组血浆内皮脂酶水平为(1185.96±503.69)ng/mL,对照组的血浆内皮脂酶水平为(971.99±299.70)ng/mL,两者相比差别有显著性(t=6.265,P<0.01)。血浆内皮脂酶水平高者冠心病的发病率要高于水平低者,[χ2=33.69,P<0.01,RR=1.666(1.403～1.980)]。血浆内皮脂酶水平与高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇浓度呈负相关(r=-0.152,P<0.01)。结论血浆内皮脂酶与冠心病的发病有着密切的联系,其水平的升高可能是冠心病的一个重要的危险因素。Objective To evaluate the relationship between endothelial lipase and coronary heart disease. Methods The patients who underwent selective coronary angiography were divided into coronary group（271 ） and control group（309）, and the relationship was observed between the plasma endothelial lipase level and coronary heart disease. Results The plasma endothelial lipase levels of the coronary group and the control group were （1185.96 ±503.69）ng/mL and（971.99 ± 299.70）ng/mL,respeetively,with a significant difference between the two groups （t = 6.265 ,P〈0.01 ）. The incidence rates of coronary heart disease in high plasma endothelial lipase level and low plasma endothelial lipase level were 61.09% and 36.66% ,respectively,with a significant difference （ X 2= 33.69,P〈0.01 ）.There was a negative correlation be- tween the plasma endothelial lipase and HDL-C（r=-0.152,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The level of plasma endothelial lipase is closely associated with coronary heart disease, and it may be a predictor factor of coronary artery disease.
