摘  要:目的通过对小鼠灌胃氨基酸口服液进行实验研究,证明氨基酸口服液对小鼠具有显著的耐寒、耐高温作用,并且能够促进智力的发育,改善智力,明显增强记忆力。方法选用合格的健康小鼠,首先测定小鼠的最大耐受量,解决小鼠用药的安全性,然后根据中药药理研究方法学和中药药理实验方法学对小鼠进行耐寒作用的实验研究,对小鼠进行耐高温作用的实验研究,对小鼠进行改善智力,增强记忆力的实验研究。结果氨基酸口服液对小鼠具有耐寒、耐高温和改善智力,增强记忆力的作用,且随着剂量的增加,其耐寒、耐高温作用,改善智力,增强记忆力的作用进一步增强。结论氨基酸口服液具有新的药理作用,即耐寒作用,耐高温作用和促进智力发育,改善智力,增强记忆力的作用。Objective To show whether oral amino acid oral liquid has a significant cold resistance and high-temperature resistance and can promote the intellectual development,to improve the intelligence and obviously enhance memory by experimental study on mice giving amino acid oral liquid intragastrically. Methods The qualified healthy mice were selected and first the maximum resistance dose of mice was determined for the drug safety, and then a cold resistance experimental study, a high-temperature experimental study and a experimental study of improving intelligence and enhancing memory in mice were carried out according to Chinese medicine pharmacology and methodology. Results The amino acid oral liquid had a cold-and high-temperature resistance and improved intelligence and memory in mice. Moreover,with the dose increasing,the cold-and high-temperature resistance, intelligence and memory improvement enhanced. Conclusion Experimental studies show amino acid oral liquid has obvious cold-and high-temperature resistance and mental development and intelligence and memory improvement.
