大坳水库暴雨洪水分析及预泄调度对策

摘　　要：根据气象部门预报的暴雨量级,对大坳水库洪水过程进行推算和分析.在确保水库不超蓄的前提下,分别满足下游局部低洼堤防的行洪能力和设计安全泄量的能力,制订水库提前预泄的时间、预泄的流量、腾空的库容量以及预泄必须达到下降的库水位.The flood process of Daao Reservoir was calculated and analyzed according to the storm grade of meteorological forecast.Under the condition that the reservoir is not over stored,we worked out a flood control scheme determining the time and volume of water pre-discharge,vacated volume of the reservoir,and the control water level after the discharge.
