摘　　要：目前,地方高校文科人才培养模式比较守旧,其培养的人才不能满足当地社会经济发展的需求。对此,文章提出以"厚基础、好品德、强能力、会应用"为中心构建"应用型课程模组"人才培养模式,供地方高校参考。The talent training model are older in many Local Arts College nowadays,the fostered talents could not meet the needs of local social-economic development.I try to construct the talent training model of＂Application-oriented course module＂from the＂thick foundation,good moral,strong capacity＂as the centre.Hoping the other local colleges can provide the more ideals from my thesis.
