“掌握学习”教学法在田径专选课铅球教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：背向滑步技术教学是铅球教学的重要部分,传统教学法存在很多弊端,影响学生的技术水平提高。文章通过"掌握学习"教学法与传统教学方法在背向滑步教学中进行对比实验,研究表明将"掌握学习"教学法应用在铅球技术教学中具有可行性和有效性。Shot put by Slide Step Backward is a very important part of shot-put.The tradition pedagogy has lots of disadvantages and may affect students＇improvement on skill.My article aims to study the feasibility and usefulness of＂Mastery learning theory＂in shot-put Teaching.Analyzed these data,the conclusions follows that ＂Mastery learning theory＂is feasible and effective in Shot put by Slide Step Backward teaching.
