摘 要:首先对新疆某天然膨润土原矿进行钠化、提纯,制备钠基蒙脱石(NaMMT),并将聚乙烯醇(PVA)大分子链成功地插层于NaMMT片层之间,研究了NaMMT填充量对PVA/蒙脱石纳米复合材料结构与性能影响的规律。XRD分析结果表明,PVA/蒙脱石纳米复合材料中蒙脱石的d001衍射峰完全消失,说明蒙脱石片层以剥离状态分散在PVA基体中。结合其力学性能的测试结果分析,NaMMT填充量质量分数为7.5%时PVA/蒙脱石纳米复合材料的综合力学性能最佳。此外,剥离后的蒙脱石片层会引起PVA/蒙脱石纳米复合材料的透光率出现一定程度下降。Sodium montmorillonite was firstly prepared by cation(Na+) replacement and purification of a natural bentonite from Xinjiang.Subsequently,poly(vinyl alcohol) macromolecular chains were successfully intercalated into interlayer of Na+ montmorillonite(NaMMT).The effect of NaMMT content on the structure and properties of poly(vinyl alcohol)/montmorillonite(PVA/MMT) nanocom-posites was studied.The results of XRD patterns for those samples indicated that the diffractive peak of d001 for montmorillonite interlayer disappeared completely,attributing to the exfoliation of montmorillonite lamellae into PVA matrix.The sample with 7.5wt% MMT loading exhibited the best comprehensive mechanical properties combined with their mechanical testing.Moreover,the exfoliation of montmorillonite lamellae into PVA matrix decreased the transparency of the materials to a certian extent.
