摘 要:以内蒙古鄂尔多斯煤系高岭土为原料,微波加热合成吸水用13X型沸石分子筛。采用单因素条件实验,考察了晶化时间、胶化时间、晶种投加量、碱投加量等制备条件对合成13X型分子筛的影响。通过静态饱和吸水量测定,XRD、IR和SEM等表征手段对产品进行表征。发现最佳的反应条件为:微波反应时间为1h,微波胶化时间为16min,晶种投加量为2%,碱投加量R[n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3)]控制在5.3,此时合成的X型分子筛的静态饱和吸水量为32.47%。This paper studied the 13X-type zeolite,which was synthesized from coal-series kaolin produced in Erdos,Inner Mongollia by microwave-assisted heating method.The experiment was conducted in single factor.The influence factors of crystallization time,gel time,and seed crystal addition were studied.The obtained zeolites were characterized by static water absorption,XRD,IR and SEM.The optimum synthesis conditions were as the following:in the gel formation step,time was 15 min,in the crystallization step,time was 1h,seed addition was 2%,and the molar ratio of Na2O/Al2O3 was 5.3.Static saturation water absorption of the zeolites was 32.47%.
