摘 要:对四川某铜矿选别尾矿的化学成分、矿物成分及相对含量、粒度及其分布进行了测试分析研究,将该尾矿按不同比例直接加入到页岩中烧制出了页岩实心砖,研究了不同原料配比及烧成制度下制品的抗压强度等性能。结果表明,该尾矿的矿物成分主要是石英、钠长石等,粒度集中分布在40目~140目,当尾矿加入量为25%~45%,烧结温度950~1050℃并保温3h时,页岩实心砖的抗压强度为14.4~40.1MPa,吸水率8.7%~13.9%,达到了烧结页岩实心砖的国家标准(GB5101-2003)的要求。对实现该尾矿的资源化,减少尾矿堆放对环境的污染有重要意义。The chemical composition,mineral composition and particle size distribution of copper mine tailings from Sichuan province were analyzed,and shale sintered brick was prepared by adding copper mine tailings to shale at different ratio,the compressive strength of shale sintered bricks at different raw material configuration and sintered temperature were also measured.The results showed that the main mineral compositions were quartz and albite,and the particle size distribution concentrated from 40 meshes to 140 meshes.And when the addition of tailings was 25% ~45%,sintered temperature was 950~1050℃ for 3h,the compressive strength was 14.4 to 40.1 MPa and water absorption was 8.7% to 13.9% and the quality of shale sintered bricks was according with the national standards of shale solid brick(GB5101-2003).The research has important significance on reclamation of this tailings and reducing environmental pollution due to tailings stack.
