摘  要:电气石具有压电效应和热释电效应,其超细粉体在环保、空气净化和水质处理等领域有广泛应用。本实验主要利用湿法研磨法对电气石进行超细处理,以粒度为指标,分析讨论不同的分散剂、分散剂用量、固形物浓度和研磨时间等因素对超细电气石粒度的影响,总结出最佳的超细条件,制备出平均粒径为140nm的电气石超细粉体,并可实现工业化连续生产。Tourmaline has both piezoelectric and pyroelectric effects,which give it some unique electrical properties.Superfine powders of tourmaline have extensive applications in the fields of environmental protection,air purification,as well as water treatment.The raw tourmaline powder(2.24 μm) was dealt with by sand milling in different conditions,such as different dispersant,dosage of dispersant,solids concentration and grinding time.Through the analysis of the particle size,the optimum conditions of superfine tourmaline were ascertained,the particle size of superfine tourmaline powder was 140nm,and a continuous production process could be realized.
