摘 要:以煅烧硅藻土和氧化铁红为原料,利用机械力化学法在湿法研磨体系中制备煅烧硅藻土/氧化铁红复合粉体。通过正交试验研究了制备复合粉体的优化工艺参数,并对优化条件下制备的复合粉体的形貌特征及颜料性能进行了表征分析。结果表明,在分散剂用量0.9%、氧化铁红比例为40%、复合研磨时间120min以及研磨转速1200r/min的优化工艺条件下,可以制备出颜料性能与氧化铁红颜料相近的核-壳型复合粉体材料。两者的遮盖力及吸油量的比值分别为1.04和1.20,此外,复合粉体的亮度和红色度分别提高了3.5%和4.9%。Calcined diatomite/iron oxide red composite pigment was prepared by mechano-chemical method in wet grinding process.Optimized parameters were investigated by orthogonal experiment,and morphologies and pigment properties of the composite powder prepared under the optimal conditions were also characterized.The results indicated that the pigment properties of the core-shell composite powder were similar to iron oxide red prepared under the optimal conditions:dispersant dosage of 0.9%,iron oxide red proportion of 40%,co-grinding time of 120 min and grinding speed of 1200 r/min.Ratio of hiding power of the composite powder to that of iron oxide red was 1.04,while the oil absorption value ratio was 1.20.Moreover,the lightness and red saturation of the composite powder increased 3.5% and 4.9%,respectively.
