第2趾的断面观测

摘　　要：目的：为断面解剖及拇指再造提供第２趾的断面资料。方法：组织学处理切片，在放大器下测量。结果：第２趾截面积由Ⅰ到Ⅲ断面逐步减少，其平均值在１３０～１５０ｍｍ２之间。趾骨截面积Ⅱ断面最大，Ⅰ断面最小，在２３～２５ｍｍ２之间。软组织厚度的平均值，跖侧最大约是６．７ｍｍ，胫侧、腓侧和背侧的平均值大致相等，均在２ｍｍ左右。结论：跖侧软组织厚度明显大于其它侧别。Objective:To provide knowledge for the sectional anatomy and the reconstruction of thumb Methods:The second digits of foot were sectioned and observed under amplifier Results:The average sectional area of second digit of foot from section Ⅰ to Ⅲ was 130～150 mm 2 and that of bone of second digit of foot was 23～25 mm 2 The average thichness of plantar soft tissue was 5 9～7 28 mm and that of other position was about 1 75～2 74 mm Conclusion:The plantar soft tissue of second digit of foot is thicker than that of other positions
