皖南地区生猪养殖风险的防范

摘　　要：皖南地区生猪散养户逐渐减少,规模普遍较小,防范风险能力弱。应对风险的主要策略:积极预防,解决养殖户猪疫病问题;提前销售或超期饲养,防范市场销售风险;调整饲料结构与避开高价,应对市场采购风险;加强管理,营造化解生猪养殖业风险的环境。In south Anhui Province,the number of small live pig breeding family has been decreasing.These families＇ breeding scale is small and they are subject to risks.The usual ways to manage the risks are as follows： to prevent actively,to help breeding families cure the disease of live pigs,to sell pigs in advance or extend the breeding cycle to reduce the risk of marketing,to adjust the structure of food and escape the high price period to decrease the risk of purchasing,and to strengthen the management so as to create a suitable live pig breeding circumstances beneficial to reducing the breeding risk.
