摘　　要：身体的社会属性显示出身体在解读社会时的文本价值。通过一个曾经遭受残疾与疾病困扰的妇女林妈为个案,可以揭示出社会文化对于社会个体自我建构与认同的作用机制。特定的观念与知识框架既是自我建构与认同的基础,同时亦可能是自我认同危机的源头,个体的能动性实践其实是在其中寻求有效的指导与支持。弱者角色与地位的形成并非是不言而喻的,要消除他们生活中的困惑与焦虑,就应当着眼于更深层次的社会关系的调适与改造,以及思想观念的反思与批判。The social attributes of human body can embody the textual value in the process of decoding the society.By using the case of a woman who is anguished by disability and disease,this essay reveals the affecting mechanism of social culture that imposes on individual construct and self-identity.A particular concept and a specific knowledge frame are not only the foundation of self-construct and self-identity but also the very source of self-identity crisis as the individual independent actions are always seeking for meaningful guidelines or supports.Since the role or the status of the weak is not decided automatically,it should focus on the adjustment or reconstruction of the deeper social relationship as well as on the reflection or the questioning of the social attitudes toward the disable so as to dispel the worries or anxieties in their life.
