摘 要:目的建立气相色谱法测定枳壳饮片麸炒前后香叶醇的含量测定方法。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法,FID检测器,DM-WAX毛细管柱(30mm×0.25mm×0.25μm),载气为氮气,丁香酚为内标,柱温采取二阶程序升温,起始温度为140℃,以5℃/min升至180℃,再以4℃/min升至220℃,测定枳壳饮片中香叶醇的含量。结果被测组分能得到有效分离,香叶醇进样量在0.4582~4.5816μg范围内,其峰面积与内标峰面积比对其进样量呈良好线性关系。Y=2.0062X-0.008,r=0.9999,加样回收率为99.43%,RSD为1.29%(n=5)。结论该方法灵敏,简便,重现性好,可为枳壳饮片中香叶醇含量测定提供一种参考。Objective To establish a method for determination of geraniol in Fructus Aurantii Praeparata before and after processing.MethodsCapillary GC was adopted.The internal standard method was employed with eugenol as internal standard.The GC system consisted of a flame ionization detector,DM-WAX(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm).Samples were separated with capillary column programmed increased temperature.The initial temperature was kept at 140℃,then the temperature was raised to 180℃ at the rate of 5℃·min-1and then the temperature was raised to 220℃ at the rate of 4℃·min-1.ResultsThere was a good linearity(r=0.999 9)and geraniol were completely separated.The recovery rate was 99.46%.ConclusionThe method is accurate and sensitive and can be used for determination of geraniol in Fructus Aurantii praeparata.
