摘  要:目的建立薏苡药材茎中甲醇部位的RP-HPLC指纹图谱的研究方法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(Dikma公司,4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1ml.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长263nm。结果用梯度洗脱得到的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,达到指纹图谱要求。10个产地薏苡药材共标定了12个共有峰。结论该方法简便、实用、可靠,可以作为评价薏苡药材质量的基础。Objective To establish reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)for determination of fingerprint of C.lacryma-jobi L.var.mayuen(Roman.)Stapf.Methods The sample was separated on a Kromasil C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm)column with gradient elution.The mobile phase consisted of methol and water.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 ;the temperature of column was at 30 ℃;UV detection wavelength was at 263 nm,and recording time was 75 min.ResultsHPLC chromatogram by Fingerprint of C.lacryma-jobi L.var.mayuen(Roman.)Stapf was obtained.12 common peaks in the HPLC profile were found in C.lacryma-jobi L.var.mayuen(Roman.)Stapf in 10 different growing areas.ConclusionThis method is simple,practicable and reliable and can be used for the quality control of C.lacryma-jobi L.var.mayuen(Roman.)Stapf.
