摘  要:筒子纱常规前处理、染色时,染缸内的前处理液需全部排尽后再进行染色,消耗大量的水、电、汽。采用续缸前处理工艺,在不排液的情况下向染缸内补充一定量的助剂和水,继续下一缸前处理,可节约大量能源,减少排污。Pretreatment bath in the vat should be drained out would consume a large amount of water, electricity and steam before dyeing during conventional cheese processing, which When cheese pretreatment was carried out in the standing bath with a certain amount of auxiliaries and water added to initial pretreatment liquid to continue next pretreatment, a lot of energy could be saved and pollution burden on environment could be reduced.
