摘　　要：提出一种新型圆网印花机自动对花方法,首先采用中值滤波等方法对采集到的对花图像进行图像预处理,然后采用光流法和相位相关法实时检测印花图案色位,最后通过控制器自动调节,提高了对花精度。An innovative automatic registering technique for rotary screen printing machine was proposed. First of all, the collected registering image was preprocessed with certain methods such as median filter method, then color positions of printing were detected in real time with optical flow and phase correlation methods, and finally accuracy of registering could be improved by automatic adjustment with controllers.
