滑车上动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复鼻根部缺换5例报告

摘　　要：鼻根、鼻背部皮肤溃烂多见于液态硅胶隆鼻术后，以鼻根部为好发部位。笔者对5例鼻根部反复破溃的患者采用单侧滑车上动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复，并把肌皮瓣设计成阶梯状，既修复了皮肤缺损，又运用超出皮缘部分的额肌充填于周围皮下，起到了隆鼻作用，5例均Ⅰ期修复，效果满意。Skin ulceration of nasal root and back commonly occured after liquid silica gel hump nose operation and nasal root is the major position. 5 cases of repeated nasal root ulceration patient were restored by unilateral supratrochlear artery insular musculocutaneous flap. The musculocutaneous flap is designed in a ladder shape to restore the skin defect and fill the surrounding subcutaneous space with frontal muscle which is beyond the flap border for hump nose. 5 cases were I stage restoration with satisfied effect.
